Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptable use

You must not use ZNotice to send, or attempt to send, any of the following:

• Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to recipients who have not opted in.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Phishing, malware, scams, or any attempt to deceive recipients.
• Messages that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any use that violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or Terms of Service.

2. Recipient consent & opt-in

You are solely responsible for obtaining prior, documented consent from every recipient before messaging them, and for honouring opt-out requests promptly. You must be able to demonstrate consent on request.

3. WhatsApp terms & ban risk

ZNotice connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial automation client. Use of automated or unofficial clients may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service and can result in your number being rate-limited, restricted, or permanently banned. You accept this risk. ZNotice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Always comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

4. Accounts, credits & abuse

Messages are charged at 1 credit per message. Credits are non-transferable. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate any account that violates this policy, attempts to evade limits, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts cannot send messages.

5. Privacy & data

Message content and recipient numbers are stored to provide the service, for delivery diagnostics, and for billing. You are the data controller for the personal data you send; ZNotice processes it on your behalf. Do not send special-category data without a lawful basis.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNotice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or account bans resulting from your use of the service.
